Job offer: Research Engineer (PhD) in Computer Graphics & Geometry Processing

About RollingDot

RollingDot was launched in 2024. Powered by its expertise in flexible AI, geometry & 3D visualisation it offers state-of-the-art software solutions to automate point cloud processing – classification and geometric reconstruction.

Two of France’s major research institutions have served as the backdrop to the design of our software solution: the Toulouse computer research institute (IRIT) and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).

We focus currently on the following use cases:

  • Power grid and vegetation management: using AI, we help anticipate the maintenance, identifying components to replace and areas of vegetation to cut back
  • Building modelling: using artificial intelligence and our expertise in 3D geometry, we automate the 3D geometric modelling  of buildings

We provide the industry with an innovative 3D point cloud processing software solution that constantly evolves to incorporate the most promising results of scientific research.
